Cordell was fantastic to work with when I both sold my home and purchased a new one. It was a complicated situation and Cordell was extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of the transaction. He went above and beyond to make sure my home was sold as smoothly as possible, communicating often with my lawyer and bank. Cordell was extremely patient and took the time to explain every detail making sure I understood everything. I can’t thank him enough and highly recommend Cordell without reservation.

I've used Cordell since 2006 to purchase several investment homes in Red Deer and recently to sell these homes. Cordell is knowledgeable, professional and very easy to work with. He provide sound advice even when I'm dealing with another realtor in Calgary and is always prompt with his response. Mostly, Cordell is very personable and have good negotiation skills. I recommend him in a heart beat.
