Cordell was very knowledgeable in assisting us in choosing a house to buy, very professional and was always on time, very trustworthy in giving his opinion and suggestions while we in our journey of looking for a home. He made sure that we were well informed in the decision that we were having and was patient and supportive from beginning til the end. I don’t think any real estate agent could have done the same level of service to us and for that, we are very grateful to him.

I have used cordell for two sales now. One was to buy and one time to sell. Cordell has been great over the years as well with our property management and has been very good with advice and knowledge on how to proceed with different issues as they arise. We are very happy with how cordell conducts himself and his business in such a professional way. Cordell is very carefully with all legal aspects of selling and buying of properties. I would use him again if the need should ever arise to buy in the area he serves.
