Cordell was wonderful to work with as a first time home buyer he made sure we knew how to proceed with each step and explained the process really well, finding a house was also very easy with him as he got to know our preferences in houses really quickly and made sure to find the right place for us. We would definitely recommend him for anyone who's looking to find their home!

Cordell Sells! We met Cordell at a property we wanted to look at. He was super great at showing us the home, wasn’t rushing us and gave us the time we needed to look. He was personable, easy going and funny. Not only did we buy the home of our dreams but also were able to sell our house in time too! Working with Cordell was a wonderful experience. As first time homebuyers we were unsure of where to start and the process seemed overwhelming, but Cordell took the time to educate us on the homebuying process and made sure we knew what to expect. With the knowledge he provided we felt empowered and confident in our decision making. Crodell was always responsive in communicating with us and made an effort to work around our busy schedules. When viewing houses it was clear that Cordell had a keen eye for issues a property might have and takes the time to check small things like if you can hear road noise if you open the windows in the bedroom or noticing areas where quality may not match the stated value. We were able to buy a great starter home with Cordells help and couldn’t be happier. The only problem is that we had so much fun viewing homes with Cordell that we are sad that the house hunt is over!
