Colin was amazing. He happily showed us every house I was interested in. He explained everything to us as we were first time buyers, he was able to make the whole process as stress free as possible including putting us in contact with a great lawyer and home inspector. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Colin was extremely knowledable about the process of buying a new home and gave us a wealth of information that we would have never known without his services. Colin was patient amd gave us every opportunity to make the right decision for us. He took all of our needs into consideration when looking for ghe right house for us. Colin has a wonderful personality and a great sense of humor which made him very easy to talk too and it made us very comfortable to ask any questions we wanted. Colin gave us wonderful suggestions on people to contact for inspections and lawyers because we had no idea about some of the things that we had to get done. We would and do reccomend Colin to anyone we know that is even thinking about buying a new home and know that their experience would be just as good as ours.

I've dealt with Colin for both selling and buying a property and he was so wonderful to deal with. He helped us get the home we wanted for a reasonable price, considering all the circumstances we had to deal with. Always prompt with responding to my msgs and answered all the questions I had. He gave me the best contacts for lawyers and home inspector. When selling my house he came in told us some things we needed to fix to help sell it. When it came to negotiating he was a great voice to have and when we weren't happy with an offer (from buying and selling stand point) he had our backs to say no and counter. Overall it was a great experience working with Colin, he is truly a great/caring guy and serves his clients well.

Could not and would not have wanted to go through this experience with any other agent!! Colin was simply outstanding in all aspects and he will always have my gratitude as he made our dream a reality!!
