Cody helped us purchase our home in August 2022. Hands down, the best experience I have ever had with a realtor. He's honest, ethical and very diligent! Cody does his due diligence and makes sure everything is done properly and always has his clients best interest at heart. Wonderful experience with Cody Goodyear. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. My previous tenant had to terminate the lease due to personal issues. Within less than 2 weeks, he had found me new tenants. Would highly recommend Cody for any real estate needs.
