Clay is very professional and I was impressed with his service from day one. The portfolio we got from him with all the extras included and breakdown of market etc was very well put together and allowed us to make the most informed decisions. Everything Clay provided from the professional photographer to the professional stager were all very good at their jobs and allowed us to sell our house in a very timely manner. Clay has a very professional team working for him that made the whole process of selling and buying very easy and understandable. We were very happy with all the work and time Clay put into getting us the house we wanted as well as his ability to sell our old property at the same time.

We loved working with Clay again. Our property sold within 2 days and I loved his negotiating skills. He kept on negotiating when we would have given in a lot sooner.

Clay sold my property 2 weeks into being hired. Everything went very smoothly. He was patient, understanding and not pushy at all. As an overseas buyer I had little local knowledge and came with some ideas and just a couple of days to look around Calgary. I feel very fortunate to have met Clay Brunette who was most welcoming and clearly explained the system to us. He was most professional and did not try to sell us anything we didn't want - the impression was that he genuinely wanted to match the right purchaser to the right property. Having found the property we wanted we were beaten to making the initial offer but that buyer pulled out and then we were able to make an offer as the property came back on the market at reduced price. Even in these circumstances Clay was able to negotiate a further reduction for us so it also turned out to be very good value. Subsequent to those initial transactions Clay has put in a lot of work to allow me to make the purchase from overseas without having to be present on day of sale. You can be sure of the integrity and efficiency that Clay provides.

I can't speak highly enough about the professionalism that Clay showed during the time he acted as my agent. Clay was up to date on the area and the market both past and current. He had a great feel for the building and was able to sell the property with a limited buyers market due to an age restricted building. I would not hesitate to use Clay and his team again and would definitely recommend him to anyone who asks.
