Tara and her team were great at guiding us through the purchase of our first house. Always on time for showings and fast to respond to questions. A generally overwhelming process was made much easier thanks to Tara's help.

Tara and team helped us sell our condo and purchase a home within the last 6 months. We have been working with them for 2+ yrs as we tried to sort out options and as our situation changed. They were very patient, never rushed us, gave us sound advice and made the process a lot less stressful! Would strongly recommend, and would definitely work with them again!

We worked with Ali for our first ever home purchase. She was fantastic. We looked around for several months and had her take us to over a couple of dozen listings. She was as patient during the last listing we checked out as she was during the first. Zero pressure to make a decision, she was very understanding of our needs, our budget, location preferences etc. We made a couple of bids which we lost, and she would herself say "Naah, let's not bid more its not worth it". Very clearly on our team. Back in 2019, she'd helped us get our rental too. Cannot recommend her and the Christine Cowern team enough.

As a complete newbie and recent grad with a limited budget I wasn't sure what to expect, but Ali and the team made everything so easy. On the same night that I viewed a perfect condo she got the seller to agree to our offer! Couldn't have gone any better, very satisfied.

She also went above and beyond with helping us find our dream home in our new neighborhood, by placing hand written letters in mailboxes of every house in the area. This approach helped us with finding a house without the hassle of a bidding war, but also made it painless for the sellers; as they didn't have to worry about tons of strangers going through their home during a pandemic. After the transaction was complete, Lori stepped in; providing support with all of the other things that come with closing a real estate transaction (helping to find movers, planning the move, checklists for all the little things to remember, etc.). Also, amazing support -- such a pleasure to work with! Overall we couldn't be happier. Thanks for all of your support!!
