Our situation wasn’t the easiest one—definitely a bit complex—but Christian was there every step of the way. He consistently offered his professional advice and insights, yet always made sure we were the ones making the final decisions that felt right for us. In the end, we landed a great deal thanks to his dedication and support. We really appreciate everything he did for us and we can’t recommend him highly enough!

We can confidently say that Christian exceeded our expectations. Our initial contact with him was regarding one of his listings—we called on a Sunday, expecting to leave a message. To our surprise, Christian answered and cheerfully provided all the information we needed. Finding a real estate agent that actually delivers on promises is not an easy search. After one failed listing and 4-5 interviews with others we found Christian, who listened, was honest, answered all questions, was forthright, clear in what he was saying and expressed genuine enthusiasm to get the home sold. The existing tenant proved to be an obstacle at times, but Christian went out of his way to make sure the home was cleaned and more than presentable for all showings.
