Chris came with us to so many houses and was super patient with us while we looked to find our first home. He was very accommodating. We had no idea what to look for and what not to, and it was so helpful. 10/10 highly recommend!!

Chris is a great human being, he made the sale of our family home so easy. He displayed compassion and empathy as our family worked through the loss of my father, he was knowledgeable and made himself available to us at all times when we had questions. Chris was reliable and professional at all times and I trusted his judgment during the course of our dealings. I would use Chris again if ever I were to buy or sell a home again.

It was my first time buying a house and my agent Chris Picklyk was fantastic. Did his research on all the houses we looked at and was able to answer all questions I had. Helped me threw the buying process and gave me good advice when making offers on houses. Couldn't ask for a better agent will forsure you him in the future!

I worked with Chris long-distance to buy my home in Manitoba. Being 2 provinces away meant I could not visit the homes in person but Chris worked tirelessly with my family to find a home for myself and my daughters that checked all of the boxes for us.
