If you could get hold of Chetan Bhalla as your realtor, that will be your lucky day. He works 24/7. 1 am surprised to see him responding immediately, no matter what time you call or text. He is very professional, extremely tolerant and always taking care of your interests. I bought a property through him and now I look towards him for any services in Canada. He will be your best realtor but soon you will discover him as your best friend. I wish I could give 100 stars here.
