From my first introduction to Cheryl, I sensed there was a connection. My instincts were correct. She made sure she understood my goals and went to work to enable me to accomplish them. And accomplish them she did. Her level of unwavering commitment, creativity and sensitivity is hard to adequately put words to. She went above and beyond any realtor service I had experienced in any of my several past real estate transactions. She is accomplished, professional, down to earth and real. I can and do, without hesitation, give her a ten star recommendation.

Cheryl is so great at what she does! I have worked with her when she helped my sister find a home moving from NB to NS during Covid. She also helped my family look for a home and then sell that home when my husband was posted to Ontario. She is thorough in all details related to paperwork and is a great guide for the requirements of selling a house. She is trustworthy and goes out of her way to do what she can for her client—whether they are looking to buy a home or selling. Highly recommended her!
