<p>Having closely monitored the real estate activity in the area, it became immediately apparent that Cheryl Barnes was successfully and consistently selling homes in my neighbourhood. I contacted her with the intent of interviewing her as a potential realtor, to assist me with the sale of my home.<br /> She responded to my request immediately and throughout our introductory meeting, displayed the highest degree of professionalism; a practice which she maintained throughout our entire working relationship.<br /> Cheryl was always well informed, well prepared and consistently maintained open lines of communication; always very respectful of this client’s needs/concerns. I found her to be highly personable and trustworthy, possessing negotiation skills which are second to none!<br /> In summary, I would definitely recommend Cheryl Barnes to any prospective client who values honesty, integrity and accountability.</p>
