Cherie is the one to help anyone sell or buy real estate. I was quite anxious with some of the steps and Cherie took the time to explain each step to me and make sure I understood. The video she made of the house and property for the website was amazing! The house was staged well to reveal it's potential and added to the interest of buyers. CHERIE had to deal with the owner , a POA (me) and an out of province sibling. We were patiently kept up to date. There were some issues that needed to be resolved to make the house sale ready. Cherie was able to advise who must to be called for each service, to complete the required upgrades or updates and ensure the changes would meet current legislation and codes. Including upping the amps to current standards. Cherie was pleasant and fun. I reccommend her for her real estate skills, and ability to take you through the process. I was able to contact when I needed and felt confident in her representation. I am pleased with the outcome of the sale. There were no surprise costs. Cherie prepared me in advance for all costs related to the sale. I will look to Cherie for my next buying/selling adventure.
