Celina works very hard to find the exact right house for you! She totally got what we were looking for and listened to all of our wants/needs. She also has a grounded and friendly personality that makes her easy to talk to openly and honestly about what you are looking for in a house and what parts of home buying you are confused about. Her honest assessments of houses and what she thought they would go for proved to always be right, she is both incredibly knowledgeable and incredibly straightforward about what to expect. She shared her knowledge with us and helped us learn about the housing market, but without ever making us feel pressured to go with her advice... though we soon learned she knows what she is talking about and we should follow her advice! Her sense of humour and no-nonsense approach allowed us to actually enjoy the wild ride of finding a house in this difficult market! Would recommend Celina to anyone!

Celina is top notch. Was selling my property and buying another and I really had no appreciation of what a difference a seasoned agent can make. One example- issues arose around well and septic in my property, and Celina navigated me through and in the end both parties were satisfied. I feel she saved me a large amount of money with her keen negotiating skills. There were many other similar instances. Can't say enough good about Celina. Would highly recommend her. Best of the best.

Celina was fantastic! Very knowledgeable when looking at homes, kept within our budget and found us the perfect home. She was well versed in military moves which helped us significantly. We had a short time frame and she was prepared and ready to go when we landed in Halifax. Highly recommend her!
