Cathy was wondering to have as a Realtor, she made us feel completely comfortable and relaxed when buying our first home. Her friendly, caring and open personality made it easy for us to explain what we wanted and she was able to find it. Amazingly enough we decided on a home we had overlooked while searching on our own. She suggested looking at it and it made us relook at the listing, and then we fell in love with it. Her knowledge of purchasing and what to look for and what to be cautious of really helped us know we were picking a good home. The amount of times she would answer my questions in the evenings and weekends should have made her crazy, yet she handled it graciously and extremely quickly. I will always recommend her to my friends and family.

My Husband and I just went through Cathy when purchasing our first new home this past June 2019 in Edmonton, AB and we cant say enough good things.
