Cathy is unbelievably efficient and on the ball. She keeps you continually updated and is just a very nice person. Thank you for all the effort you put in trying to find us a perfect new home, and selling our old one.

I bought my first house from Cathy. i called her to look at the house and about 10 min. later we were in the house, she is very profestional at all questions we asked and very informative.After we moved in she came buy asking if we were ok and remarked that this house must really like us. because of what we did to it.10 years later she sold that same house for us and helped us look for anougther house, that we still live in today.this house was listed that same day and we were able with her help to buy it. I consider her a great friend and we will use her again.

Cathy was super during the whole process. She made sure all our needs were met in both the selling and buying process. We were expecting our first child and needed to move into a place with some more space. This made our schedule pretty hectic and Cathy’s job a little more difficult. Not only did we not feel rushed while looking at any houses the potential buyers of our home worked around our schedule. Cathy is extremely kind and an all around good person who truly cares for her clients
