Carlos is the person for any buyer or seller. I've sold and bought with Carlos. With extensive expertise and knowledge, AND a commendable character, he will give you advice in your interests whatever your case may be. Carlos will objectively tell you the pros and the cons of the house if you're buying. With his knowledge and expertise, he can truly analyze every aspect of the house and the process. He will listen to your questions and answer truthfully. When it's not in your interest, he will tell you not to consider the house. When the house is a possibility, he will lay out the various aspects (pros, cons, ...) of the house and what the fair price is so as to help you make the decision. When I sold my house with him, his analysis and explanation were impeccable. He helped me through the process and the pricing and the presentation. Every step was considered to the fullest and every task was done to perfection. Carlos has extensive knowledge of houses and the processes of selling and buying. As importantly, he considers all details in your interest and is diligent in the process. I would do business with Carlos again.

We have used Carlos as our agent twice now as sellers and once as a buyer. I think being a repeat client says a lot. Every time Carlos was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and we felt very well represented. Carlos was able to answer all of our questions thoroughly and honestly and make sure we were well prepared prior to the listing date. The entire selling process was seamless, communication and response times were impeccable and a lot of care and detail went into our listing materials (video, images and description).
