Cara Priddy was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. She helped me to obtain the seemingly unobtainable in a competitive real estate market. I am thankful for her listening skills, her extremely quick response and action at every turn, and the great effort she put in to help me succeed. Above that, Cara genuinely cared to see me attain goal. Cara was knowledgeable and proactive, and I would highly recommend her.

My wife and I are 80+ years old US citizens. Cara arranged staging our condominium, photographing and showing it to multiple prospects. Most important, she was a friend throughout, who stepped in to admit trades people when needed and referred us to highly competent legal and accounting professionals to help us through sale and compliance details. She was always positive and kept us positive when local condo demand flagged.

Cara was patient and encouraging from Fall 2023 until our completion date April 3rd. It was long journey and lots of showings, but LPC had many outstanding projects, which did not help a quick sale. Thank you, Cara staying steady on the marketing our condo.

Cara is an amazing guide through what is an exciting but also stressful process! She really listened to what I wanted and always had good suggestions and advice. She is kind, hardworking and has a wealth of knowledge about Victoria that made everything so much easier. Plus she is very calm, a very helpful quality when dealing with worried home buyers! I would recommend her without hesitation.
