For the purchase of my first house Calvin could not have been more helpful in getting my through the process quickly while also answering all the questions I had about the properties I was looking at. Has many connections to all the right people that make the buying process all the easier; plus they're just as effective at delivering the advice you'd expect from experienced, knowledgeable, friendly and upfront honest people. He's a very very intelligent agent who works for you much harder and efficiently than I would have ever expected. Calvin will be recommended to anyone I know of who is looking to buy a house. Hands down he's the best guy to work with on the transaction.
