We wanted to put our condo up for sale and we're in need of a realtor. Delaney was referred to us and we're so glad she was because she got our condo sold a lot quicker than we thought we would. She's knowledgeable, thorough, professional and very patient which is great because we had a lot of questions. I really liked the way Delaney dealt with the other realtors too. Our condo had some challenges but Delaney worked hard to present it in the best way possible and she got it sold to a lady who really liked it. I would highly recommend Delaney as your realtor. I met Deidre through the realtor.ca. I was looking for condo in Edmonton, because of my son is going to UOA and I decided my small condo is better than rent expense residence. I am living Calgary so it wasn’t easy to check showing home . It took 3month journey and I am kind of picky person with low budget. But Deidre stayed with me with lots of patience. She is young; so I was little worried but nowadays all research and information gain, new generation was faster and efficient so I was so impressive. You can rely on her. I am so happy my condo what I bought with Deidre.
