Very helpful in helping us figure what we wanted in a house and encouraged us to make offers even if we didn't think they would go anywhere, but if he hadn't done that we could still be looking months later. We took a risk and it paid off and he was able to negotiate the price down to our level to get the house we wanted, though originally it seemed impossible to get. He was sometimes late to appointments but otherwise really helpful.

Bryon helped my wife and I purchase our first home. We found Bryon to be very knowledgeable, offering great advice and insight throughout the entire process. Bryon’s easy to work with and helped make what could have been a stressful process of buying our first home very comfortable and easy. Bryon did an excellent job showing us homes in our desired neighbourhood, offering sound advice for things to look for both in the home and in the area while always letting us come to a decision on our own without feeling pressured in any way. When it came time to make an offer on our desired home, Bryon did a great job in helping us establish a reasonable offer to start the negotiation process. Bryon also very effectively helped us assess the home for any conditional fixes he suggested should be required prior to taking possession - these were often things my wife and I never would have thought of but after moving into the home, we certainly appreciate Bryon’s advice on these conditional fixes . With Bryon's help in the negotiation process, we were able to get our desired home for the right price with all desired fixes complete upon possession. We were very happy with the process and end result. Bryon was a very helpful resource throughout the entire process and continues to help us as we settle into our new home. I highly recommend Bryon to anyone seeking to purchase or sell a home. He's knowledgeable, easy to work with, and he takes pride in always being available to help out his clients.

Absolutely best experience ever selling a home! I hired Bryon and his team 3 years ago to sell my home in Woodlands three years ago. Even though the listing was under less than ideal circumstances, with having renters in the house (through a property management company), Bryon managed to alleviate the renter’s apprehension of showings, got the home listed with professional quality photos, did successful showings and ultimately received a full-price offer in an extremely short time. I also want to mention throughout this process I was not living in the Calgary area, which he managed to make possible without me returning. Even after the sale, one of his associates was going to be in my area visiting family, so we were able to meet for lunch to complete the closing documentation. Bryon eagerly took on the task of selling my home right as Covid started in the spring of 2020 and while the world was heading into a state of lockdowns and uncertainty. He was quick to keep me informed as the market quickly changed in Calgary during this funny time. Bryon always maintained a positive attitude and provided great statistics when I was fearful of market conditions. With Bryon's great persistence we sold my home at the price I was happy with during the 2020 Covid lockdown event. He made sure I was well informed of what the buyers were looking for and everything worked out well in the end. I'd happily recommend Bryon to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Calgary and I'll be using Bryon again when I go to buy and sell more of my investment properties. A++
