My brother has recommended Bryon about seven year ago and eversince then, in all my real estate dealings I"ve dealt with Bryon. He sets the right expectations regarding the property itself and does and an excellent job promoting it. In 2018, after I completed one of the duplexes I built, Property Brothers has approached me and asked to tape one of their episodes. After taping the Property Brothers episode, Bryon took an excellent advantage of it and in a midst of a mini economic crisis and very slow market, he sold both properties within a week. 3 months later, the market dropped 6% in value which I avoided thanks to Bryon's efforts.

This is the second time we have used Byron to sell a home for us. He was great. Very helpful. He brought us two competing offers quickly on both places. Both above asking.

Very helpful in helping us figure what we wanted in a house and encouraged us to make offers even if we didn't think they would go anywhere, but if he hadn't done that we could still be looking months later. We took a risk and it paid off and he was able to negotiate the price down to our level to get the house we wanted, though originally it seemed impossible to get. He was sometimes late to appointments but otherwise really helpful.
