Bryon did an excellent job selling my house, He did a diligent preparation before he marketed the house, analyzing the market conditions, talking to the tenants, getting the house on the market. He did a great job talking to potential buyers and was very smooth with the presentation, attentivness and getting back to the potential buyer. Throughout the selling process he was giving me updates and suggestions what needed to be done so we have a success.

When we decided to sell our house, we had no idea what the procedures were. That’s when we considered getting a realtor. After talking to a few agents it became very clear to us the The Howard Team was the way to go. All through the process of selling our house, from start to finish, the team was there to inform us: weekly updates of the showings, number of visits of potentiel buyers, comments from the visits, possible ajustements to our price. We were never left in the dark! Once the house was sold, Bryon’s team made sure we had all the information needed to select a lawyer and have the place ready for the new buyers.
