<p>Bryce was referred to us by some very close friends. From the first contact he was very attentive to our needs and wants. He provided us with an excellent choice of properties that were within our wish list and means. He was also very honest and objective about the properties, their locations and the possible advantages and disadvantages of the areas in which they were located. He is easily approachable and will not hold any punches back (either way). We found him to be prompt in answering questions and he went out of his way to address any concerns that we had (one example is by going to the Comox archives to provide us with legal information for a concern that we had). I feel confident that after this transaction we can still call him at any time for professional advise and trust that he would hold the same high standard has he maintained during our dealings with him. We also appreciated the professional referrals he provided us with that led to a successful transaction.</p>

Bryce is a pro! He provided guidance in terms of staging our house properly and brought in a photographer who really captured what our home had to offer. The open house that his associate Kelsey put on towards the end of the second week that our house was on the market brought out the buyer. In terms of showing properties Bryce was always available and made me and my family comfortable. He's easy to talk to and his knowledge of the market is second to none. When it came to finding our new home Bryce and his team made the whole process stress free. Nice work!

Bryce listened to a few concerns of mine prior to my house hitting the market. I believed I could get a better price than what was first discussed, but did not want to price myself out of the market.
