Selling a home can be overwhelming. My brother has been in recovery after an accident and decided to live in a long term facitily and with that said, decided to sell his home of 30 plus years. I live in North Vancouver and my brother's property was on Vancouver Island. Finding the right agent was going to be stressful. Bryce showed me properties that were similar to my brother's and we decided on a price based on the current market.
