We met Bryan a few years ago and we knew he was the realtor we wanted to work with. He's very professional, pleasant, reliable, resourceful and very patient. We told him exactly what we needed and he went above and beyond to find it. Doing all this with kids is not easy. We were searching for our new home and trying to sell our current home at the same time. He made us feel very at ease and always went out of his way to accommodate us. Bryan found us the perfect home and because he is so good at what he does our current home was sold within 24 hrs, over asking highest on our street. If I could give Bryan Chana more than a 5 star review, I would. What a consummate professional! Bryan recently helped us sell our home. We felt at ease with him the very first time we met him. He is charismatic, experienced, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. To say we were happy with his negotiation skills is an understatement. Bryan got us top dollars for our home...exceeded our expectations by far. Bryan was a professional class act from the beginning of this experience to the end. It really helped too that he knew the neighborhood intimately. I also liked the fact that Bryan gave back to his community. The issue of Buying or selling a house can indeed be very stressful. Bryan made us feel as we could put it all on him, and we did just that. We left it to Bryan and he came through for us. Thank you Bryan!
