Brent was recommended to us by an acquaintance as we were new to Grande Prairie and unfamiliar with the area. He was very knowledgeable with all neighbourhoods and was very accommodating with our busy schedules. We appreciated his patience in search of our perfect home. Once we found the “one” he helped us negotiate a sound deal and the whole transaction went without flaw. Brent is a genuine person and truly cares about his clients. Brent North was amazing. Very patient as I was unsure of exactly what I was looking for. When I was transferred he also set me up with a realtor in Calgary. He sold my house in Grande Prairie much faster than I had anticipated. Brent always followed up and kept his commitments. I have referred his services several times.
