Brent North and his team did an amazing job for me and my wife when it came time to purchase our home. He answered all the questions we had and got the house we wanted from the list of things we wanted in a home. He was very responsive through text messages/email and answered our phone calls whenever we called. Brent was very knowledgeable with house prices and was very honest and gave us his opinion on why the house is worth this much or not worth this much. It helped out a lot on making the best decision for our family. I can’t thank Brent and his team enough for all their hard work I will be definitely recommending Brent to friends and family in the future and I would use him again as my realtor without question.

When we first met Brent North, he explained that his job is more service than sales. He proved that time and again with his thorough knowledge of home construction and the local market. Every time we viewed a new property Brent would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. Brent also led us through multiple rounds of negotiation to get to a price we were comfortable with. In the end we found the property that was perfect for us. Thank you Brent for your help finding us home.

I found Brent very personable and to the point. He came prepared to our meeting with up to date information that helped me to decide on what price we should list for. All the information was gathered before the unit was listed so clients looking at my property didn’t have to wait for information it was all there in front of them. When it was time to deal with a potential buyer an offer was submitted and followed into the late evening as not to lose the deal. He delt with my Tennant’s making them feel comfortable with showings and giving them respect being there home was invaded.

Brent and his team supported us through every step. Brent went above and beyond as he helped troubleshoot an applicants that an inspector messed up. He was able to get everything working again so all conditions were removed. We did not have to return to GP. Very thankful!
