Working with Brendon was such a smooth and delightful seller experience for us. From start to finish, their professionalism, communication, and deep knowledge of the market were outstanding. Throughout the entire process he was available to answer our questions and educate us on the market conditions and show us comparables in the area. He put together listing and pricing strategy and he had an amazing team come in to professional stage and photograph the property. Within 2 days of listing the property we sold the property firm and over asking! The whole experience feels surreal—we still can’t believe how quickly and smoothly everything happened.
