We purchased a home through Brenda for possession June 6, 2024 and she worked very hard to ensure we were successful especially considering our specific interests and the limited market available in our preferred area. Brenda was impressive in that she regularly made herself available to us outside of normal business hours to ensure that all communications during the lead up to and conclusion of our purchase were instantly available to us. We were disappointed in the follow up of the vendor's agent who shared the same office as Brenda and has failed to complete a request we were advised would occur before we took possession but after the deal was finalized. That request remains outstanding.

Brenda was amazing throughout the entire process of buying our first home. She was always available for questions or thoughts we had and she made sure we found the right home for us, I can’t say enough positive things! Thank you again Brenda
