We just purchased our first home with the help of Brenda! Brenda was great to work with, always a phone call or text away to answer any and all questions we had (and being first time home buyers there were alot!). Brenda took the time to help us find exactly what we were looking for and helped us get it within our budget. We couldn't have asked for a better real estate agent to help make our biggest purchase alot less stressful! We will definitely recommend Brenda to all our friends and family looking to buy in the future!

Brenda was helpful and attentive. She was excellent at responding to any questions very quickly. We looked at many houses over several days. When nothing was available in our initial criteria she was patient to help us expand the options until we found the right one! We felt like we had our full attention theoughout the process.

I can't say enough good things about Brenda. My family and I are relocating to Regina and she was happy to help me find a home for my family with very little notice. She took the time and showed us around Regina as we were not very familiar with area and was very knowledgeable about the Real Estate market. We viewed many homes and found the perfect home for my family. She handled everything for me throughout the purchase such as dealing with the builders, bank and lawyer no questions asked. Working with Brenda was so easy, I'm so glad we were referred to her! She was organized, had all of our showings lined up so we were able to see them efficiently as we were under a time crunch, and she had such valuable knowledge about the different areas and neighbourhoods we were interested in. She knew that resale was important to us and was able to provide us with knowledge of sales and pros/cons for each area when considering resale. After the house hunt and offer we had to do the rest of the purchase from a distance, and Brenda made that process so easy. She is a fantastic realtor and we would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone searching for a new home!

Brenda was amazing! This was my first time buying a home, and Brenda was extremely patient with my many questions and really went out of her way to show me different options with different criteria’s that I gave her. She pointed me in the right direction with great recommendations for insurance and brokers etc. She also helped me figure out a few new home owner things that were not even her responsibility to help me out with! Highly recommend using her services and look forward to working with her again in the future.
