Brenda was our selling agent in an estate sale. Her marketing skills helped reach buyers in areas well beyond the local market and attracted a wide range of interested and qualified buyers in a short time frame. Professional videos were completed quickly and were of amazing quality providing a very attractive viewing during COVID challenges. Brenda was responsive to all concerns we had and ones that arose and assisted with staging and showings on short notice. Brenda first impressed us by being on time at her first rendez-vous...She was always on time afterwards and if not available, promptly returned phone calls. Was most helpful in finding the trades men we needed, obtained the documents required to do the septic tank and field replacement, co-ordinated the work and kept us informed on the progress. She was always available to answer our questions. The signing sessions were all done electronically and very easy to do mainly because she guided us through the process. My husband and I have sold/bought close to 10 properties and though we were always well served, Brenda is on top of the list.
