Before hiring him, I looked up reviews and was pleasantly surprised at how many happy and satisfied clients had taken the time to leave glowing reviews. I knew he was the agent for me! Exceptionally hard working, always available to answer questions. Brandon is a young man who knows his stuff. Never any pressure. Personality plus. Brandon is a energetic and humorous person, he helped us to found our investment condo. He did his research and suggested our initial offer 32K below asking price that got accepted. It was lower than our expected price which was unusual in a hot market. He sent emails at each stage to remind me what need to be done, that was helpful and guided me through all the way to completion. I appreciated his work and I actual enjoyed the whole process.
