<p>Brad worked with us for 3 years before we knew we could buy, we wanted an idea of what the market looked like and what we could get for our money. He took us to showings when we asked even though he knew that we weren't able to buy it that moment in time. When it came time to buy a house there's nobody else that I would have trusted to help find what we needed. He knew what it was we were looking for and he knew how to find it. We ended up finding a house that was a little more than we wanted to spend but was perfect for our needs. It had a couple issues that he was able to take care of for us with his knowledge of the legal part of it, he even went above and beyond by going down to City Hall and getting and requesting all of the information on the house, any document that had been submitted and finding out exactly the history of the house and the status.</p>
