Brad is top notch and we couldn't recommend him enough! We were new to Victoria and it was also our first time buying a home so you can imagine we had a lot of questions! Purchased my property sight unseen from the opposite side of the country. Brad took me on a tour of the general area when I visited Victoria, but my home was not on the market yet. He worked with me via phone and email. Even though I waffled back and forth, he was very patient. When I finally decided to purchase he was excellent at walking me through the process long distance.
