I am incredibly grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Blair and his team to sell my family’s estate property. Blair was hardworking, thoughtful, and gave sound advice. From hosting multiple open houses to listening and learning from feedback and adjusting strategy in real-time, he was an invaluable part of the process. I seldom give max ratings, however Blair helped us through a pair of transactions, first, by referring us to an agent in the Vancouver area who found us a property and by selling our place on the Westshore. Blair assisted us in finding the home in Langford in 2014. Through the entire selling process late this summer, Blair’s confidence in the market, even though it was a soft market, helped us from selling too low. Blair kept reminding us that our home would sell, that we just needed to be patient. We would recommend Blair to anyone shopping for a new home
