We had met Bill 27 years ago when he had made it possible for us to purchase our house at that time. Going forward, when it was time to sell our house Bill would be the one to do that for us . We had Bill come by and look at the house, he had given us suggestions of work that had to be done. Bill went above and beyond by arranging contractors also deep cleaning, staging, photography, and a drone tour of the house. Anytime we had any questions throughout this process he was there for us. Before I called Bill, I checked out multiple agents and real estate companies. In all honesty, I thought a discount brokerage would net us out more money given the price range of our home. Was I ever wrong! After talking to a discount broker, he assured us we would get less than $400K and prepared us to go even lower after 21 days. That left me really unsettled. Then I did an internet search and looked up the top selling agent in Hamilton and found Bill Papaioannou. After reading his 5-star reviews and his top producing results, I called him directly and he answered right away. His strategy right out of the gate was brilliant. He organized a deep cleaning of the home, staging, top shelf photography & social media. Within an hour of listing my house, I was getting house showings that day. He wouldn't even look at offers right away because he created so much interest in my house, he wanted to give it time to get hotter and it did. When he finally decided it was time to look at offers, there were multiple offers waiting for me. I was very fortunate to find Bill Papaioannou through a google search. I was specifically looking for a trustworthy and insightful realtor who was knowledgeable about the Caledonia area. Bill and his team went above and beyond. They were the most honest, dedicated, hardworking, attentive, and client centred group I have had the privilege of working with. I have had a number of realtors in the past and all claimed to be the above, however it was all about the commission at the end of the day, not Bill Papaioannou.
