<p>This gentleman is an agent extraordinaire! He is very engaging, genuine, professional and, above all, positive! He is very astute, knowledgeable, informed and responsive. He sold our mother's condo getting the best price possible. He not only furnished excellent suggestions, but put us in touch with service providers to accomplish the tasks resulting in improved presentation at a fair price. He is brilliant!!</p>

<p>Ben has helped us in both the selling of our home(s) and the purchase of our home(s) over many years. Ben has always been honest, straight-forward and very easy to deal with. He handles all of the details of a sale, from staging the home, to suggestions for upgrades, as well as providing assistance with coordinating outside services to prepare the home for sale. <p>Our family moved to Calgary in 2012, we were given Bens contact info from a friend in NS. We could not afford to fly here to view homes so we put our trust in Ben and his video skills. We did not know any Calgary areas or know anyone who lived here. We put our family's future In his hands. We did not have a lot to spend, $250K. I was looking for a place to fix to get out of debt. Ben not only had to find a home in Calgary for $250K but it had to be near a school, playgrounds, livable, and something I could flip. We purchased the house for $251K when it was listed for $281K! The home met all of our requirements and we sold in in 2015 for $330K. We payed off all our debt and purchased a new home. My new home was listed for $510k and we purchased it for $480K. The home is perfect and we viewed about 30 homes. Ben was unbelievable everytime we worked with him and we owe a lot to him. My family depended on him to basically choose our first home in Calgary, not only was it a great home but I flipped it and my family is debt free... it could have gone many other ways...</p>
