<p><br /> He managed to do the impossible and get our house sold for the maximum amount possible. He was very knowledgable about the current status of the market and set realistic prices for our house where other realtors come with these outragous demands and goals. He was able understand our needs and requirements and was more than willing to go the extra mile to ensure all of our concerns were covered. One of the most important things I have noticed compared to other realtors was he constantly provided information regarding our property and the viewings along with information about the current housing market in our area. I would definitly use and recommend him for all of our future realtor needs he is by far one of the best out there.</p>
