<p>I had an absolutely positive experience working with Ben Sweet to find the perfect new home. I was coming from out of province to look for a new place and had a very tight schedule (and turnaround) to find something suitable. Ben made sure to learn about my needs and specifics in what I was looking as we had a few conversations on the phone to go over the initial details. I couldn't have asked for a better and more informed realestate agent. Ben had everything arranged from the moment I arrived and he spent a great deal of time as we viewed each potential home. I was able to come to Calgary and find exactly what I was looking for - all in a very tight time frame. The overall experience surely exceeded my expectations and I'm grateful for his efforts and professionalism. I highly recommend Ben as an agent and will definitely look to him when buying/selling again.</p>

<p>Ben helped with my first home purchase two years ago - the joy from the experience goes on till now. Very patient and knowledgeable and most of all: extremely professional. He has very good approaches and understanding of customer needs and plan, also surprisingly he understands and handles well with my parents and their cultural background!<br /> We went through numerous viewings in almost all the targeted communities. He went above and beyond, answered my questions and provided useful info as much as he could whenever i called or texted him.<br /> Finally we found the ideal home, the whole process of offer and transaction was nice and smooth. He's definitely recommended and remains my first choice in real estate.</p>

<p>Ben helped us get our first condo, and was absolutely great to work with! He was extremely knowledgeable about the market, and made sure to clarify issues that we weren't even aware of asking. We loved that he focused on us being happy with our purchase rather than just making a quick sale. He's easy to talk to, and he answered all of our questions really well about the whole home buying process. We learnt a lot of what to look for and what to avoid when buying by working with him. We are definitely going to use him again for our future purchases, and make sure to recommend him to all our friends and family.</p>

He was very knowledgable about the current status of the market and set realistic prices for our house where other realtors come with these outragous demands and goals. He was able understand our needs and requirements and was more than willing to go the extra mile to ensure all of our concerns were covered. One of the most important things I have noticed compared to other realtors was he constantly provided information regarding our property and the viewings along with information about the current housing market in our area. I would definitly use and recommend him for all of our future realtor needs he is by far one of the best out there.</p>
