I just recently purchased my first house (condo) with the help of Alex, Ben & the team. I first reached out to Ben based on the recommendation of some good friends. He got me connected with Alex. As someone new to this process admittedly I had no basis for comparison but I found Alex to be knowledgeable, organized, and quick to address questions and concerns. (This was also true of the office staff that supported Alex's efforts in the field.) Alex was good humoured and easy to work with, no small thing for a stressed out first time buyer. I felt looked after. I can recommend Alex, Ben & the team without hesitation (and have).
