<p>Based on my very positive experience working with Ben Sweet, I would recommend him without any hesitation. Ben has represented me twice-- as both buyer and seller. As a buyer, Ben helped me secure the property that I wanted at a fair price and under extreme pressure of time. As a seller, Ben made every effort to secure the best price possible. Communication was always prompt, polite, and clear. Ben displayed good judgment at every juncture. Ben's advice was always sound. I was impressed by Ben's professionalism and integrity.</p>

<p>Ben was our agent for our home purchase in 2013. We found him online after seeing he sold homes in the areas we were looking to buy. He's very knowledgeable of the inner city and took the time to find the right place for us. Ben made our purchase very easy. A true professional. We have since recommended him to a friend given the expertise and ease of doing business we received during the purchasing process. He was incredibly helpful during the closing process, answering our texts and emails right away, even during stressful late nights.</p> <p>Ben also checked in with us after we moved in to ensure everything was ok, and gave us recommendations for designers and contractors.</p> <p>We will definitely work with Ben again in the future.</p>
