Melanie, Ben and the team were so helpful through the entire buying process. Especially with being a first time home buyers and having NO idea what we were doing it was super amazing to have your team to lean on and have support us through the process. Melanie was so easy to reach and very approachable. She was a delight to work with. The team helped us with every detail major and minor to make the process as easy and streamlined as possible for my fiancé and I. We are so thankful for Melanie, Ben and their team for making our first time buying a home as stress free as possible!!

I was informed and involved during each phase of the selling process. As a first time seller, receiving emails that were informative and instructional was invaluable. I was pleased with their extensive use of social media for advertising. I am a frequent social media user so I am aware of the power of social media to reaching potential buyers. I interacted mostly with Justin, who was personable, professional, informative and a knowledgeable realtor. He was always available as he responded promptly to my texts and phone calls. An offer was received on the first day of viewings and the time frame to accept was only a few hours. Justin provided guidance and patience during this stressful time, leading to acceptance of the offer.
