Justin came into our home with more knowledge of the market than ANYONE else ! He was the only one who recognized the value of our home and that what we had was something people sought after. He did a complete market evaluation that took into account similar, neighboring areas which no one else did. This was the key factor in choosing him as our agent and we made the RIGHT choice. He also ‘sweetened’ the deal with a thoughtful check in after our initial meeting (in the form of gourmet goodies and a card). Honestly, he was just the most attentive and thorough agent we met. He also provided superior media coverage and marketing for our home in comparison to many other realtors. I would not hesitate to use Justin again or recommend him to anyone looking for an agent.

Me and my husband were making a big move from BC to AB and Sean made the process smooth. Purchasing a home via video call was a difficult thing to do but he Sean made it smooth and was very accommodating. We were very impressed with his professionalism and will definitely be using him in the future and we would highly recommend him to friends and family.

We are picky people who had to make a big move to a city we know nothing about, in a short time frame, and in a very hot market (2021 Summer, COVID). Despite this, Scott was patient, helpful, respectful, and accommodating, and was able to negotiate our home purchase under asking price. We recommend him with no hesitation.
