Ben Sweet is an excellent realtor who I am pleased to say sold my condo in 12 days. He is very professional, very helpful, and was very timely in getting back to me via my emails. He is very knowledgeable about the housing market from his many years of experience. You will not be disappointed if Ben if your realtor of choice. I highly recommend his services to anyone buying or selling their home.

We began our home search from 3 provinces away. Eric ZOOMed with us and began sending properties to us right away. He was familiar with the selections made in the portal and when we arrived in Calgary for our buying trip he had an excellent group of homes lined up for us. He suggested a few homes that were not initially on our list and one of them we ultimately purchased. He made the long-distance purchase easy and stress-free for us. We bought our house on our second day of viewing. Eric was excellent to deal with. Friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and very accommodating. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others!
