Met Ben by accident when we were planning just to be "lookieLoo" people with no plans to move this year. Ben put us on his email notification list for any strata within a certain area near Vernon's downtown core and a few weeks later another suitable strata came up for sale. Ben advised us on offers and we were able to buy the unit - which was perfect for our needs. We were so appreciative of his energy and knowledge and his lovely personality that we asked him to look after the sale of our home and that of our rental property and for the past few months has been extremely helpful, going above and beyond, to assist with any questions we had as well as keeping us updated on various stages of our purchase as well as our own sale prior to moving. Ben even provided a trailer for us to move, and kept us up-to-date at all times. Ben, on his own, also made contact with numerous developers in the area who might be interested in re-building our properties with multiple units. He made numerous suggestions for 'clean-up' of our property and was a liaison between us and the new owners. We have already recommended him as a realtor of choice for others who are considering a sell and move.

Ben was our realtor by default, we couldn't have been luckier!! Ben showed an immense amount of understanding of the homes we looked at, and if he didn't know something he always got back to us with the missing information. Ben acts as a friend, real estate expert and, at times, a therapist! He was always there for us during a few panic times and never acted as if we'd put him out.
