We connected with Basil a few years ago and we had very specific needs. We explained our wants and needs to Basil and he was off to work. He was patient, had the knowledge and the connections in the pre-construction industry. He called us and said he got us a house which meet all of our requirments and way below the price point we were looking to spend. We could not believe it. He deserves 10 stars for his service. Also, in all fairness we had a few family members and friends are real estate agents and we had told them about our wishlist and they said they would get us the home as well. None of them knew about the lot release until 2 days after and they were sold out. Thanks to Basil we were the lucky ones to get one of those released lots.
