Avtar ji is truly a very professional real estate agent we found. First, he communicate clearly and explain what he will do during the listing and showing period. As he promises he reach out to each and every visitors/guest's agent and get the feedback. He communicate well enough to us in a very transparent and openly through text and email. He knows the market, he suggest us how to pricing the house and how to negotiate in between the parties. We sold our house in just 10 days with multiple offers on hand to choose and decide.

We recently sold and purchased a new home. I asked my elderly dad if he wanted to move in with us. After much deliberation he accepted. He was adamant that we call Avtar to sell his house. Why I asked him? Because every year for the last few years he would come by the house to ask if im interested to sell and talk to me in general.But more importantly to ask of my well being. I see repsect in Avtar.So my dad told Avtar when he was ready to sell he would call him. I called Avtar and he responded right away. We met him at my dad's house. As soon as Avtar walked in he recognized my dad and was grateful that he remembered him and kept his word.Avtar made everyone feel comfortable and very confident that he would sell my dad's house for top price. He is knowledgeable of the market and promised to work hard to sell. He did not disappoint. He brought in his own clients to see the house as well. He sold it in 2 weeks for a very good price. We couldn't be happier to recommend Avtar for any property transaction. He is humble ,genuine and very good in his work.
