Austin did a fantastic job in helping my partner and I buy our first home. From the first meeting, Austin showed he was well-organized, detail orientated, and skillfully resourceful. He helped tailor our property search and would quickly respond to request and enquiries. Austin arranged multiple open house tours and kept us informed of who accepted and which properties were pending offers. Austin would share information about the neighbourhood and point out prim tangibles of the properties. After each tour, Austin would compile a list of our likes and dislikes and would tailor the next round of open houses around these interests. Throughout the whole process, we did not feel pressured nor rushed to purchase a place. Despite our pickiness, Austin was extremely patient and approachable. When we found the place we wanted, Austin drafted the offer and instantly kept us up-to-date with the status of the offers and counter-offers. Austin embraced our budget and secured the place! Austin offered an amazing mortgage broker and was wonderful to work with!
