Ashley was the absolute best to deal with during both the buying and selling processes! Not only did she sell our house in record timing (2 competing offers in less than 3 days), she helped us in more ways than imaginable. First off (before we’d even committed to listing) she dedicated her time and expertise during our renovations. She was available whenever we needed her, was prompt and reliable in every aspect, and made us feel like we were her only focus/priority. We often joked about her ability to help us even outside of real estate as she patiently dealt with our (many) emotions during the buying and selling process (during peak COVID-19). When representing us in the buying side, she patiently showed us SEVERAL homes in several different communities surrounding Regina. She quickly recognized our wants/needs (even when they became unclear to us). We’d recommend her to anyone and sing her praise to whoever will listen!

Ashley is a very professional , trustworthy agent. Shes great at what she does and is quick to reply and help out when needed. I can't say enough good things about my experience. I've dealt with a lot of agents and she was very good.

Ashley was amazing! We had some ups and down with the financing part of the purchase and she was very patient with me on that end of it. Together we found the right place for me and my children. Ashley is professional, educated, resourceful and has an infinite amount of patience. Selling a home can be a frustrating and extremely stressful experience. Let alone selling a home in the middle of a pandemic. However, since Ashley was able to give us a realistic assessment for the value of our home it resulted in us accepting an offer after only 3 days on the market. We would recommend Ashley without hesitation for all your real estate needs.
