Market goes almost exactly as Arthur predicted since we listed our house for sell first time in late 2023. He never pushes us to buy something we don't want, or keep lower the price for selling. Even though the process takes almost a year, thanks for his patient, and professional planning, we find the property we like, make the upsizing process much easier for us.
