Tony and his entire team were excellent. Tony was Very thorough in his property research and weekly updates. He understood what was most important for us and his approach reflected our top priorities. His team was prompt with their communication and feedback was always timely.

When it was time to sell our home, we started by researching the best realtors. We interviewed 3 of the top-rated agents in Edmonton, and liked them all - they were personable, prepared, and would have likely done a great job selling our home. Anthony stuck out as our favourite though, with a very thoughtful and detailed approach to selling. We were impressed by all of the systems he had in place to make things easier for us - video introductions and updates, simple signing software, detailed analysis of the market in our area, and marketing strategies. He did a great job helping us choose a price point by explaining all of the factors, and made us feel good about the choice. He was also very quick to respond, any time we had a question or concern he was immediately available any way we preferred (phone call, text, email, etc). In the end, his plan was very successful, we got multiple offers on our first weekend and couldn't be happier with all of the terms he negotiated. He took a stressful situation for us and defused it into what I thought was the best possible scenario. I will (and have) recommend Tony to any of my family/friends looking for a great realtor!

Anthony was extremely helpful with the sale of our condo during a period of slow moving condos. He was upfront with us and laid out a good plan on what he wanted to do. He stayed in contact with us the whole way through making sure to keep us up to date. His team provided us with feedback after each showing which was really nice. I would recommend Anthony to anybody I know looking to buy or sell as you will be in great hands with him.
