He provided us with all the information we needed to make confident decisions and was always available to answer any of our questions. TRUSTWORTHY and PROFESSIONAL We had our first meeting with Anthony last year, through a recommendation. (Aug 2024) He has outstanding reviews on ‘Rank my agent’. He is professional, and knowledgeable. He won over our trust by the end of that first meeting. We were looking for a realtor to guide us on selling our home and buying our next home. He gave great advice on preparing our home for sale including addressing a big-ticket expense for replacing Poly-B (water pipes) and deck. For our next home purchase, Anthony took time to understand what we were looking for in our search for a new house and neighbourhoods. His group has a dynamic system to search for and filter property searches and he proactively updated the filters as we progressed. Through this, Anthony would book viewing with us to look at the homes. He was always ‘looking out for us’ and gave honest opinions and perspectives based on his understanding of what we ‘wanted’ at the viewings- he became our objective sounding board and voice of reason. We never felt rushed, and it always felt like we were taking a friend along to view the potential homes. On the house we ended up choosing, Anthony handled the difficult sellers and their realtor in a very calm, considered and professional manner, buffering us from a lot from them. He always came with solutions to problems for us to consider and eventually guided us to completing the purchase despite the challenges. Conversely, for our sale, Anthony and his team were a well-oiled machine that handled the listing, an impressive social media campaign, open house, subsequent showings and eventually handling multiple offers. Anthony, was even present at the open house while dealing with a family bereavement. Again, proving his commitment to his clients. Again, Anthony was amazing at communicating frequently with us during the sale of our house. Another great attribute that Anthony brings to the table is his huge network of ‘people he knows’. We were introduced to our flooring shop, mortgage broker, inspector etc. If you need something doing, then Anthony will know someone. Isn’t amazing!! he is a walking directory. Concluding, our buying of a home and selling have been beyond outstanding with Anthony. Trustworthy, professional, calm, proactive. We without hesitation recommend Anthony and his team, to our friends and family in the future. Bonus, we feel like we have gained a friend in him.
