If you are looking for someone to get it done while remaining calm and cool under pressure Ann is your girl! She has great knowledge of the market and what sells, was able to provide contractor recommendations, and managed to keep track of all of the moving pieces! I would highly recommend!

Ann is your go to real estate agent!! When everyone else is sleeping she's still working. She was able to show me that I could afford a house and pay myself instead of paying rent. She was able to show me the resources as far as whatever I needed whether you need financing carpentry plumber roofer she has these services/connections in her back pocket. The lengths that Ann will go to make sure her clients are happy and comfortable with the transaction are far beyond the normal. She is more of a "how can I help" than a "not my problem"kind of person. I would highly recommend Ann Watley for any and all of my real estate needs. A TRUE PROFESSIONAL!
