Cannot imagine using any other agent. 1st time needing an agent in 20 years. I was not sure about anything but she walk us through the process, answered all our questions and put us at ease. She knows her stuff, very knowledgeable, Helpful and has your back. the friendliest, nicest, agent you will encounter.

We are from out of town and needed an agent who could help our elderly aunt sell her house in Woodstock. We were referred to Angie who had a reputation of being very patient with helping seniors navigate the selling process. Sadly, our aunt passed away so Angie helped us with selling the house as part of the estate. Angie was extremely helpful by providing advice on getting the house ready for sale and then connecting us with an excellent painter and cleaner. She is very responsive and always made herself available when we were in town. Angie provides a lot of expertise on market conditions and listens closely which was extremely helpful since we weren’t familiar with the Woodstock market. Her marketing program was excellent and the house showed very well with pictures she had taken. The house was sold within two weeks at a price we are very happy with. We highly recommend Angie!

We have been working with Angie for a few years now. This girl has been our champion in looking for our perfect upgrade home. Angie was patient and took her time to only show us homes that fit the exact fit we were looking for. We have been lucky enough to find the perfect house after 3 years of patiently waiting.
